Privacy Policy
Inspection Products understands that any discussions with clients or potential clients and/or material reviewed or discussed are proprietary. Inspection Products will not divulge the content of any discussions between ourselves and clients or potential clients with third parties unless requested to do so by client unless required by law, regulatory agency or, or protection of the general public.
Inspection Products assumes a non-disclosure agreement between ourselves and clients and when required in the course of contract will submit proof of citizenship and/or qualifications.
Inspection Products maintains copies of; Qualification records of employees, clients procedures, and other documents necessary to perform required services. These documents will be maintained at our place of business for Inspection Products employee use only. With the exception of training records or qualification exams administered by Inspection Products, all documents will be destroyed or returned the client at their request in writing.
Records of training and or qualification are considered to be the property of Inspection Products. A copy of these documents will always be delivered to the client as deliverables, but originals will be maintained by Inspection Products.
